Three generations, one passion.
The Rosenthal family has farmed this land since 1998. What started as a small roadside stand grew into one of California's most-loved carrot operations. We tend every bed by hand, amend our soil with compost, and never rush a harvest.
Our secret? We let the carrot tell us when it's ready. The sweetest roots take time, and we have plenty of it.

What We Grow
Our Carrot Varieties
From classic orange to deep purple heirlooms, we grow over a dozen varieties each season. Every box includes a rotating mix.
Nantes Supreme
Our most popular variety. Crisp, sweet, and perfect for snacking straight from the bag.
Chantenay Red Core
Short and stout with an intensely rich flavour. Holds up beautifully to roasting and stews.
Dragon Purple
A striking heirloom with deep purple skin and orange-yellow core. Earthy and mildly sweet.
White Satin
Creamy ivory with a mild, delicate taste. Gorgeous in crudite platters and roasted medleys.
Yellowstone
Bright gold, long, and sweet. Rich in xanthophylls and absolutely beautiful on the plate.
Baby Mix
A colorful blend of young, finger-sized carrots harvested early for maximum tenderness.
